Helpful Hints

If you supply an email address, we will attempt to send a cancellation notice if an event has to be cancelled due to weather or other unfortunate circumstances.
If you have a cellular telephone capable of receiving text messages the "Contact Email" might be the best email address to use, you may receive the cancellation notice faster.
We keep this information in strict confidence. We only use the phone numbers and email information in an attempt confirm reservations and to notify you when we cancel an event.

Often the Rocky Mountain Weather makes it unwise for you or us to travel to an event.
We provide Rain Checks for all events that we do not cancel where the weather does not permit observing the skys with the scope. It is often the case for partly cloudy nights to see the sky between the clouds!. Remember on cloudy nights we still provide a lecture and tour of the Observatory.
Thank you for making your reservations with our Web Site.
